"ROLE OF ANIMALS ON THE LOCKDOWN"

PROJECT , 2nd ESO

The emotional role of our pets is unquestionable. Not only do they accompany and show us affection but through them we can express our emotions, especially these days on the lockdown, such as we express through our videos in the ORIGAMI PROJECT.

In addition, animals can play a decisive role in detecting cases of coronavirus thanks to their extraordinary sense of smell.

Our 2nd Grade students, after watching the previous video, have investigated about the important role of animals showing through their photos,  the sensitive emotion that connects them to their pets. They have opened  their lives in Gracián, A Frairía,Fontela, Tórdea, Castroverde, Furís, O Foxo, Riomol,Valinfulgueiro, Outeiro or Latadal to share with us an essential base in their emotions: their pets.

WORLD DOWN SYNDROME DAY

Today is the World Down Syndrome Day It is celebrated on 21st March every year. On this day, people with Down Syndrome and those who live and work with them organize and participate in activities and events to raise public awareness and fight for the rights, inclusion and well being of people with Down syndrome.
