NOVEMBER,25h INTERNATIONAL DAY FOR ELIMINATION OF VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMAN.
There is little to say on something as obvious as unquestionable.
One out of 3 women, endure violence during their lifetime. Not only physical but also psychological by "beings" raised in an arrogance and narcissism that only hides their own weakness and who need to be re-educated.
We cannot be spectators of this. We all have a role to play. Let´s fight violence together.

ALZHEIMER´S DREAMS
TONY BENNET, LADY GAGA- I´VE GOT YOU UNDER MY SKIN.
The great Tonny Bennet was diagnosed in 2016 with Alzheimer's and despite this, he has just recorded this video with Lady Gaga.
He can´t recognise his wife and four children, but he clearly remembers the lyrics of his songs and the masterly control of his tone and rhythm. He remembers the soundtrack of his life.
Alzheimer's has great secrets. One of them is the effect of music on our brain.Everything that lives rooted in our subconscious, never dies.
A gift for our ears.

NOMADLAND
Chinese filmmaker Chloé Zhao's won three Oscars - film, direction and actress for her film, Nomadland. Chloé Zhao becomes the second woman and the first Asian to win the Hollywood award for best director.
Adapted from a non-fiction book written by Jessia Bruder, 'Nomadland' treats the consequences of the 2008 financial crisis. In the life of the protagonist, played by Frances McDormand, the closure of a factory changes her life. She had already received a hard blow with the death of her husband,so she decides to sell most of her possessions, buy a van and begin a nomadic life across the United States.
Life is still a nomadic journey where we meet different people who enrich our life or, at times, scratch it. Of all these people, we will always have memories because "what is remembered, lives".
There is no a finally goodbye... because we will meet on the way, you can be sure of that. It only needs patience.

I WANNA THANK ME...😊
Two years ago, the rapper Snoop Dogg, after receiving his star on the
Hollywood Walk of Fame, thanked the media and the authorities for the
recognition of his long professional career. Last but not least, he thanked
himself because he believed he deserved it.
Snoop said to himself in his speech:
Thanks for believing in me
Thanks for working hard and tirelessly
Thanks for doing the best I can
Thanks for giving more than I expect to receive
Thanks for doing the right
Thanks for not giving up on me.
REMEMBER: Trying to make life easy for others and fighting for being a good person, you will be able to afford the luxury and pleasure of thanking yourself for it.
From time to time it is worth thanking yourself for what you do if you strive to do your best.

THE ADVENTURE OF READING:
A TRIP TOWARDS EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
"Reading is an exercise in empathy, an exercise in walking in someone´s else shoes for a while" Malorie Blackman.
Travelling through the pages of a book allows us to live other lives, to understand other ways of feeling and thinking or discover different worlds.
There is no doubt that reading contributes to increasing intellectual skills, but it also develops our emotional intelligence. Thanks to E.Q you will acquire, among strengths, EMPATHY for others to truly understand them, avoiding narcissim ( psychopathy or personality disorder in which one person parasitizes another person by phagocytizing the virtues that the other person lacks).
Some experts believe emotional intelligence is more important in life success than IQ alone and thanks to it we will contribute to creating a fairer world preventing emotional abuse.

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN´S DAY, MARCH 8th
From the age of five, girls stop believing that they can be presidents, scientists, astronauts or great thinkers. We all have a small or large part of responsibility in this unfair situation; from the non-use of inclusive language to small daily silent actions that contribute to create this social gap.
Therefore, we need to fight together to break this inequality and create a fairer world.
Close the dream gap.Do your bit.We need your help!
